These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to Mahnomen Health and health care providers with a direct relationship to Mahnomen Health Center (collectively “Mahnomen Health”).
Mahnomen Health may contact you with text messages using the mobile phone number you provide to us for purposes directly related to your care and relationship with Mahnomen Health. You may also be asked to enroll in texting programs for specific purposes including, but not limited to, updates related to your visits, your MyChart account, one-time passcodes, prescription reminders, research studies, and care management.
When Mahnomen Health contacts you in this manner, you may opt out of receiving similar messages going forward by replying STOP. Replying STOP to a single text message may not opt you out of all programs or communications from Mahnomen Health in which you have been enrolled. You must reply STOP to each program or SMS short code that you no longer want to receive messages from.
