Our independent senior living community is conveniently situated next to our hospital, care center, and Sanford Mahnomen Clinic for easy access to services and shared amenities. We feature a spacious community room and chapel where you can participate in church services from various denominations. Adjacent to the community room, you will find an inviting dining room for family gatherings, holiday parties, and other social events. You’ll also find a cozy living room with a fireplace perfect for games and social gatherings.
Apartments & Amenities
Each of our 14 unfurnished apartments includes a private bathroom with a handicap-accessible shower. Rental rates vary based on the size of the unit.

For those tenants interested or needing assistance with meals, we encourage you to contact Lutheran Social Services (LSS). Their Meals on Wheels program helps older adults maintain good health and live independently. Meals on Wheels provides hot, nutritious meals and a friendly visit for Minnesotans 60 years and older.
