We are licensed for 32 beds and is attached to the hospital, Sanford Clinic, and Senior Living community which is managed by Mahnomen Health. We join you in wanting to help residents live as independently as possible, with a personalized level of care.

We have both private and semi-private rooms available to residents. At our Care Center, the focus is on the residents’ quality of life, ensuring dignity, respect, and their right to make choices. Our dedicated and compassionate staff seek to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of everyone who calls our Care Center home. From a maintenance-free lifestyle to a personalized care plan, we have well-trained, professional, and caring staff devoted to our residents.

A variety of meaningful and engaging activities, as well as onsite amenities are available to residents to meet their personal needs, preferences, and interests. We understand the vital role frequent communication from friends and family plays in the overall health of our residents. We invite you to visit when you can.
