All bills are now sent electronically through My Sanford Chart rather than through the mail. To view your statement, log into your My Sanford Chart account.
Going paperless is not only better for the environment, but it also provides more secure and convenient access to your bills anytime, anywhere.
If you prefer to receive bills through the mail, use the steps below for paper billing.
Web Browser
- Log in to your My Sanford Chart account.
- From the home page, select Your Menu.
- Scroll to Billing Summary.
- Select Cancel Paperless Billing.
- Select the button to Receive Paper Statements.
Mobile App
- Log in to your My Sanford Chart mobile app.
- From the home page, select Billing Summary.
- Select Cancel Paperless Billing.
- Select the button to Receive Paper Statements.
